Now sure, you may be the one that pushes yourself to the limit. Let me ask you this, is it working? Now again, not everyone, but a lot of people I have trained and still train have this great way of telling me when they are done, “As if I truly cared.” Here is the thing, if everyday you workout, you do the same thing, the same weight, reps, exercises. Does it get any easier or harder? Is that truly a limit? Something I love saying to everyone that tells me “I have never looked the way I wanted.” To get somewhere that you have never been, you have to do something that you have never done. I used to weigh 225lbs. In 4 months I lost it and went to 150lbs. I did something that I had never done before. I cut out all of the sugar, and soda, and fast foods. BAMM Cold Turkey, just like that. WOW…it SUCKED!!! But was it worth it? Can I get and AMEN! I knew what my problem was and I cut it out of my life. Now yes, I still drink and eat fattening things now, it is easier to maintain than it is to change. But everyone has it in them to do it. If you don’t think you do or you are not sure you are strong enough to do what it takes. I have two words for you…SHUT UP! That goes back to the mental part I was talking about. Change that attitude and you can do anything. Just don’t give up.
Now there are a lot…A LOT, of things to talk about when it comes to the subject of “weight loss”. No, I am not done yet, and yes I know that I left a bunch out. That stuff was left out for a reason. Reason being that there is way too much to talk about for just one posting. For now, I leave you with this, I would like to talk about diets next. So I am going to do more research on them and talk with those I know that know more than me. Personally, I think that the only diet anyone should go on is a “no junk food diet”. If you haven’t done that yet, try it. You will have more energy than you will know what to do with. But I won’t go there just yet. Taking baby steps.
Got some info? An idea? A thought swelling in that head of yours? Drop me a line.
